Introduction GPS was founded in 2003 as we saw the need for project owners, contractors and freight forwarders to have independent, experienced project cargo professionals working exclusively for them on a project to project or retainer basis thus avoiding the high costs associated with a full time project manager or supervisor. GPS can assist its clients either on a complete project basis from jobsite to jobsite or on selected sections of the project, i.e. jobsite or port supervision, freight comparisons and analysis, carrier, terminal and port selections etc. Our main focus is on the development and execution of domestic and international transportation projects but GPS also consults on arranging for break bulk shipments and charters as well as conventional cargo by air – and sea freight. GPS is not a freight forwarder but a neutral project consultant firm working with global Partners to assist you in all phases of a new or ongoing project.
